My family has been a client of Bay Decorators for many years. When I bought my first home in 2022 I knew I wanted Kenny to do all the treatments on the windows. Kenny is just amazing. He came out to our home with his books of fabric samples. He advised us, took measurements and guided our choices. We did treatments on the living room windows and the three bedroom windows at the time. I was more than impressed with how beautiful they came out. Everything was smooth from the initial consultation to the installation. Everything was delivered on time as promised. The installation crew was very skilled and professional and the quality of their work and the beauty of the materials really showed when they were finished. This year I wanted to finish the house by adding treatments to the dining room windows. I had texted Kenny a few months before Christmas that in January I’d like to have the windows in the dining room done. In January Kenny followed up with me and he came again to the house and took measurements and consulted me on what would go well with the home. He also advised me that to give the room a cohesive look I should also address the window in the kitchen as well as the back sliding door as the kitchen and dining rooms are connected. I knew it was going to look beautiful when it was installed. I also asked him to take measurements for roman shades as what I had in the other windows throughout the house were not to my liking. Kenny took measurements and showed me options for fabrics and colors and guided my choices to match the rooms. Today they came for the installation and I couldn’t be happier. The quality of the materials the work done in the installation, it was all flawless. I can’t thank Kenny and his company enough for the work they do. I would advise anyone who wants treatments to their windows to go nowhere else but Bay Decorators. You’ll never be disappointed, trust me. Kenny has been a staple of the family for 25 years if not longer and we’ve always been impressed! Thank you Kenny and to all those who work to bring it all together! You did an amazing job!

He took the time to meet with me, helped select appropriate fabrics and walked me through the process of rebuilding and reupholstering my antique chairs. Additionally, he reupholstered an antique footstool and slip covered two wing chairs. I would wholeheartedly recommend Bay Decorators with Rafi’s personal touch to anyone looking for premium upholstery and slipcover work.

Excellent people to deal with. Kenny was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us replace our blinds and to find the right material and patterns as well. Very impressed with their installation guys as well who were courteous and very professional. They even took away all my old window treatments and gear so I did not have to deal with the garbage. Overall, very pleasant experience and would recommend to others.
