Benefits of Off-Campus Housing Near IU Campus For students
Indiana University off-campus housing, offers several advantages compared with living in a residence hall. Students appreciate having a great deal more space in which to reside. They like not being required to leave during school breaks or having to move to a different residence hall temporarily. When universities close for breaks, students typically cannot stay in their own rooms during that time. Contact The Village at Muller Park for more information.

as being someone who had a NIGHTMARE experience with a previous apartment last year, i can say that The Village has truly been a saving grace for me and my college experience. (also this review is 100% my personal thoughts and in no way influenced by the complex) i got matched with roommates that truly reflect the desires i had for my apartment. we all get along great even though i didn’t know them prior to the matching process microwave broke? maintenance completely replaced it the next day and were some of the friendliest people i’ve ever met! a roommate’s window wasn’t closing? couple days later someone was fixing it!! and when she had to make a second order about it, the same guy came to make sure he fixed his mistake with NO rudeness!! parking? 2 rows of it so there’s always a space and free parking for friends!! rent for me is SO affordable as compared to other living spaces and my apartment is SO nice. my previous apartment complex (i don’t know if i can name drop but i feel like a lot of iu students know where im talking about) scarred me, i have seen and experienced literal MOLD coming out of the bathroom, a broken stove on the day of move in, crying to my parents that i wasn’t going to make it through my sophomore year. living at the village, my parents and i haven’t ONCE been worried about my health or safety living in this community. i know this is my experience and not everyone has the same opinion but i personally can’t recommend this place enough and both my parents and i are extremely grateful!!
